Do I need to be a student at your University to live there?
No.  We have students and adults from various different colleges and locations.

What does it cost?

How safe is your campus?
We have a very safe campus near the northern foothills of Pasadena nestled in a residential neighbor hood where the campus owns most of the surrounding homes.  We also have at least one security guard on duty on our campus 24 Hours a day.  We have several layers of protection beyond that for our students and residents here.  We have children and make sure that our residents would be as safe as our kids.

Do I need a car?
No.  We are nearby the local bus routes and with the best weather in the whole world many of our students prefer riding their bikes around town.  If you do choose to have a vehicle we do have a secured parking facility just for residents.
