What do you charge per square foot?
As a participating organization we don’t actually charge for rent, but really to help cover shared expenses: utilities, internet, etc. (which are all included in our office spaces)  We receive a rate of $1.75 per square foot.

Do you have 15,000 sq.ft. for our school to come?
You might laugh and ask if this is really a FAQ and believe it or not it is one of the most asked questions.  The answer is generally no, although things do change.  Our current campus occupancy is very high and our available spaces are generally limited to smaller office spaces.
