Our policies for our off campus housing are pretty straight forward and much of what you would expect if you were renting your home to someone. 

All of our houses are rented on a month to month basis.  We have some tenants who have stayed with us for more than 30 years and we are happy to have them live with us.  We also have some whose seasons with us have been much shorter and our 30 day notice requirement allows them to feel free to respond to their moving needs. 

We only allow a maximum of one pet in some of our homes and in our apartments or our courts units we don’t allow for pets.
